HOW MUCH DID i BURN?!?

OK i ATE FROM TACO BELL TODAY AND i HAD AN EXTREME CHEESE QUESADiLLA AND A LARGE WiLD CHERRY PEPSi THEN i DiD 10 REPS, 20 LEG LiFTS, 20 SiT UPS, AND 10 PUSH-UPS.HOW MUCH OF iT DiD i BURN?!
Answer:
a portion of it... but not all of it. Try doing a web search of how you burn how much fat in how much time from eating what kind of food.
A quarter of it.
I can't give you an answer unless you say your age,weight, height, heart rate/how long it took you to do each rep, leg lift , sit up, and push up. Sorry!
