How much can i tone up in 2 weeks?

Not much, you need at least 6 weeks
depends how toned you are at the mo, if you're quite slim then if you do lots of sit up like 100 in am and 100 in pm everyday then you should tone up quite quickly.

Buy a toning belt and do plenty of sit ups and exercise and of course eat wisely.

Here's what you do: Go on the all protein diet for the two weeks. No sweet foods, sugar, or carbs, and drink lots of water (about 6 eight ounce glasses per day). Yes, I know you need fruits and veggies, but you can begin to "phase" them in after the two weeks is up. You know that protein builds muscle, right?. So, during this two weeks, do your toning exercises for at least an hour every day. For each exercise, do 3-4 sets with about 12-15 reps in each set. Get some of your exercise in the morning, if possible. Although some say it's not possible, you WILL see some results in 2 weeks if you stick to the regimen. Don't expect anything drastic, though.
