How many months does it generally take people (realistically) to lose 30 pounds? Specifically women?

Answer:
It depends on how overweight you are to begin with. Someone who is 30 pounds overweight generally will take longer than someone who is 60 pounds overweight to lose 30 pounds. Realistically I would say 4 months, with each week aiming at dropping about 2 lbs. But check your scale only once a month. Take picture of yourself every 2 weeks. Muscle is heavier than fats. With more muscle, you will burn more fat while resting as well as look slimmer too.
i would say to keep the weight off to lose no more then 2 lbs a week, of course after losing alot of weight in the beginning(water weight), so 15 weeks to keep the weight off because the biggest mistake people make is losing weight but then gaining it back
crash diet 2 or 3 normal diet 6 or 7
Around three months, ten pounds a month but you have to work at it.. You have to want to lose the weight.. meaning you have to drink lots of water, eat healthy and exercise.. I would say 5 days of strength training and 6 weeks of cardio... at the most.. and do cardio for at least 30 minutes aday..
Most people dont work that hard to loose weight and then complain cause they arent losing it and it takes them alot longer..
u can use detox diets to loose weight .The detox diet focuses on getting rid of the harmful aspects of our everyday diet.detox diets will help u to a great extent to reduce weight and be slim.Instead of eating 2 - 3
meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals.
Food substitutions can help tremendously when trying to reduce calories and speed up the metabolism.
