How much to run?

I want to lose 1 pound from running... how much time%26#92; distance would i have to run?

How much time should you allow after dinner before you go to bed?

I have heard the closer to bedtime you eat dinner that it is actually bad for you %26 especially for gaining weight? If those are true what would be a good amount of time after dinner to wait before going to bed?

The amount of TIME before you go to bed isn't the solution. Eating so much of ANYTHING is the problem.It is true that some higher carbohydrates eaten just before bed time converts to sugar and is stored as fat. Eating spicy foods can cause unsettled sleep. The best rule is to eat sensibly and don't eat anything 2 hours before you go to bed.

After the dinner the food takes max of 4 hrs to digest. Atleast after half digestion only a person should go for bed.
I have heard that you should eat 3 hours be4 you go to bed. This is so the food has a time to digest and not sit in your stomache at night and turn to fat. lol

6-8 hours for food fully digest. that's why it is widely adviced u don't eat after 6 pm. those people re wrong. normal portion of average food takes from 6 to 8 hours. a small sandwitch takes 3 hours

How much taller will I get?

I'm 15, my dad is 5'11", my mom 5'4". I wanna get to 6'2".Also, whats the best way to get taller?

You never mentioned how tall you are. I'm guessing that you're short for your age, that's why you're so determined to get taller. Both of my parents are over 5'5" but I'm just over 5' tall and I'm 15 too.You'll probably stop growing about 16 or 17. So, you could get to be as tall as your dad but I don't think you'll get to 6'2".Also, there's no real way to make you taller. AND I hope I'm wrong and you do grow TALL!!
You can't just will yourself to grow. It doesn't work like that.Chances are you'll be around 5'11. Sorry. You won't get to 6'2 unless your body says that it's going to be 6'2.

Yeah, unless you have a majorly tall relative or all of your relatives are tall, you're not getting to 6'2''. Height is total genetics and good diet when you were a small child. Sorry. Even if you have tall relatives, you're not likely to get to 6'2. I suggest just getting used to your height and if you find miracle growth pills, let me know cause I'd love to go from 6' to 6'3...lol.

How much should you weigh when your 5'6 and 14 years old?

Well, are you planning to weigh this "flat" stomach, once it is flat? If so why didnt you ask how much a flat stomach should weigh. If you are not planning to weigh it, then how will you know once it is flat??!! By looking at it right! So why do you need a weight?? Girls these days, are way to paranoid about weight. i know this because i am too! you should not worry about weight. Muscle weighs more than fat but is smaller than fat. so if you are REALLY healthy you will have lots of muscle (not enough too look manly dont worry) and therefore you will weigh more than an unhealthy person, yet will probably look smaller!
Age does not determine how much you should weigh it how tall you are and i would say you should weigh around 120 lbs.

Oh you wonderful young thing, to be under 100 pounds. I am assuming you are young and female. Depending on your age, weighing 90 pounds at 5'2 is a bit on the skinny side. 100 pounds would be perfectly fine and you would hardly be "fat". If you gain muscle you will look healthy and fit. I wish I could be so "fat". I'm 5 foot and I have not seen 100 pounds in about 12 years.

My doctor told me that I shouldn't weigh less than 120 or more than 130 when I was 5'2" and that was when I was 13.
But it also depends on your age and bone density. If you have smaller bones, you are going to weigh less.

You should weigh at least 100lb, unless you are very small in build. When I say very small in build, I mean wrists that measure 5 inches or less.

I think your good just where you are. you don't want to look too skinny.plus your tall...so 138 is just where you should be.
