Eating so much of ANYTHING is the problem.It is true that some higher carbohydrates eaten just before bed time converts to sugar and is stored as fat. Eating spicy foods can cause unsettled sleep. You should be between 112lbs and 150lbs (once again that's according to the BMI chart). If you plan on trying to lose weight, make sure do it correctly. Stay active. I'd suggest focusing more on having a toned body than weighing a certain number of pounds. You can be below 105 and still have a flabby stomach or butt if you don't work at it.

Go by your body fat percenatage, not your weight. Even though you are small framed, if you have a lot of muscle mass, you may weigh more.I think 18%-26% body fat is a really good place to be (please don't confuse body fat percentage with BMI).

I ran every other day, adding a quarter to a half of a mile of running only no walking every time I went running, then took the weekend off to rest. As for your jiggly thighs as you put it, remember that no exercise can target fat loss, as fat storage is also set by your body's blueprint. But it doesn't mean that you can't do anything about it. I'm certain you'll see results over time.
just start wherever you are timewise and go from there... if you can do 15 min... go for it then increase to 20... any running is better than none at all...
Its not about how much you run but about pacing youself. I you start out too fast thats whats going to kill you in the long run. Use a stopwatch when you run to check you splits. Like if you want to get a 9 minute mile run around the block at 4.30 pace you may think that you are going slow but you will pass up a lot of people.

first of all u shouldnt be running on the streets it will ruin ur knees.u should run on a local high school track if there is one or on a tredmill. then u will want to strech in the morning when u wake up and alot during the day and then befor u go to bed. u must be able o hold ur toes for at least 20 seconds. u should walking a mile first then move up to running, this should help build up ur stamina so u wont be so tired.
Yes. Running can help overall health. It doesn't matter so much how long it takes you as long as you are exercising. Make sure to do a lot of streches before you run. I would suggest doing a mile 2 times a day, early in the morning and late at night at first. You can do more later, but just make sure to do that. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water or sport drink. I would suggest no soda or caffiene, it can really help, trust me. It doesn't really matter you time at first, but make sure to try and eat and drink healthy. Running can help your thighs, too. I am 5'0 and am about 98 pounds. I have some fat on my belly that i want to get rid of. 135-145 lbs. The medical stat of 130 that you quoted is on the low side anyway. The guildlines often used commertially (for calories counting guides etc) are 124-156 lbs in outdoor clothes.
A lot also depends on your natural body shape. As you said you have been overweight since 8th grade, it is likely your natural weight will be the medium to high end of that range.
If you are looking to loose weight, perhaps a goal of 140lbs might be a good starting point.

Depends on height and how much muscle you have. If you have a lot of muscle and are short, a lot of physicians may see you as being overweight. Don't listen to them, they use really old standards. I'm only 5'4 and run six days a week, yet because of my muscle tone, i am not within their parameters.

I'm not sure about Gold's Gym, but to give you an idea, my husband and I pay $44 a month/ $80 joining fee at the YMCA. For one adult it is $35.50 a month with a $60 joining fee. I have worked out at Gold's before, but chose not to join with them, this was maybe 4 years ago and I believe it was close to $50 a month, not sure what the joining fee is. Look around at a few other local gym's and see if they are willing to answer your questions via telephone. If not, make a trip in to the gym and don't let them pressure you into anything. Good luck!

I hate to take your question off topic, but 1200 calories is VERY LOW by most standards (unless you are already about 100lbs or you are on a PSMF diet, in which case I doubt you are concerned with fat intake).
