How much I should weight?

i weight 130 pounds and i'm 5'0 some tips to lose 30 pounds fast, i dont eat meat and dont eat carbs just very light food and is impossible for me to lose weight

well you should work out a little, you've cut out meat and carbs, so maybe you should cut something out or just eat lesss of a certain food. Maybe take some weight loss vitamins...go to the website to calculate your BMI, it says your overweight in bodyfat percentage so loosing weight will be good for you
I think you're fine. Don't worry about your weight. If you want to feel better about yourself, try exercising a bit.
try not to eat AS much, but DONT starve yourself maybee during meals eat half of what you usualy would

u r fine.. do not loose or gain weith.. how old are u? if u r growing teenager.. then do not llose weight at all.
go jog exercise eat lots of salads, avoid soda, any sugary diets and control on urself regarding food.good luck

To make sure your losing and will keep it off the best way is to work off more calories then you take in. So continue to eat the same and walk more and it will fall off..
well, there is this healthy diet where you eat a small healthy meal every three hours, i know it sounds crazy, but if you keep your eating on a good scedual it keeps your metabolism working-burning more fat and NOT burning your muscle mass. stop eating an hour before you go to bed and do a little warm up exsersise. choose a specific workout to start with such as walking or pilatles. something simple just to keep your self from becoming veg. good luck %26 best wishes
My guess is that you are a teenager.Just so that you know, sometimes your weight needs to catch up with your height, or vice versa.I can promise you that you do NOT need to lose weight. But I will recommend like I do to all teens, to eat healthy. Cut out the junk and fast foods. Stay active doing things you like... swimming, rollerblading, bike riding, soccer... whatever.Not eating meat (unless you are vegetarian) and no carbs is bad for your growing body, you NEED those things. I know this is the age where it seems like looks are everything, well they arent. Taking good care of your body by eating healthy and being active though is everything. Be good to your body and it will be good to you. Stop being so hard on yourself... you're good just the way you are. Really.

I'm a nurse and in nursing school we learned this trick to figure out how much someone should weigh. It's called the rule of 5s. If someone is 5 feet tall they should weigh 100 pounds. For every inch over 5 feet you add 5 pounds. So if someone was 5 feet 5 inches they should weigh 125 pounds. Plus or minus 10 pounds gives a range of 115 to 135. (For men its a little different. It's the rule of 6s. They get 106 pounds for 5 feet and 6 pounds for every inch after that.) Of course muscle weighs more than fat so if you are muscular you will weigh more.
The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. There is no easy way around it. It takes 3000 calories to lose a pound. So say you eat 1500 fewer calories over a one week period. You need to burn 1500 more calories to lose a pound. Diet and exercise are the only things that work. Don't fall for a fad diet.
