How much kilos should i be lifting on a bench press.?

Im 14 and i want to smash the emo fags at my school but there year 10 and im year 8 so i need a bigger chest so how much should i lift or start lifftiung

Start lifting good old American Pounds, I have no idea what a kilo is, unless I'm trying to buy drugs! What you need to do is Push-ups, Sit-ups Max out frequently and run as much as you can. The US %26 UK Military has been doing this for 200 years, nothing builds you up better than that! Drop and give me 20 and I don't mean pounds..I mean Dollars..LOL

depends how big u r jus havin a bigger chest wont help you beat up some1 remember its not the size of the dog in a fight , but the size of fight in the dog that matters.
your problem lies with in your question, anyone who uses the "emo" term needs to be killed. Do push ups, nothing will make you hit harder then that, bench press isnt ideal to do damage in a punch. Get a speed bag and punching bag, problem solved. You can be little as hell, but if you develope your punching strike muscles, you can be deadly.
unless they have done something bad to you, you shouldn't be asking for help, and yea like my partner says, how much u bench won't determine whether you will kick someone's butt. try a martial art instead, they will change ur character towards ppl 2
