How much should i weigh?

i'm 17, 5'2" small- medium frame. i run and do pilates and strength training. About how much should i weigh to look nice?
Answer:
I'm the same height and frame as you, just a little older. My ideal weight is around 105-110. Anything higher than 115 just shows because of my height. I'd suggest focusing more on having a toned body than weighing a certain number of pounds. You can be below 105 and still have a flabby stomach or butt if you don't work at it.
id say 110?..
but then again it depends.. i weighed about 105 and looked as tho i was 110..
but if your running and exercising etc.. then i think 110 should look nice.. or 5 off or 5 more..
good luck
i tell my students- scales lie, mirrors tell the truth. look in the mirror and if you like what you see your a good weight. or even better yet, ask someone who will tell you the truth. then you will know if you need to lose, gain or maintain weight,
I'd have to say that 110-120 would be ideal would be ideal for your height and body frame.
You shouldn't worry too much about weight until you're in your 20's. You might grow a bit still. Go by the mirror and not the scale.Your regimen of Running and Pilates and strength training is good. Keep it up.Link below for BMI (Body Mass Index) Table is the government's recommended guideline.
yup i do agree 110 paun
or less than 60kg would be fine
Go by your body fat percenatage, not your weight. Even though you are small framed, if you have a lot of muscle mass, you may weigh more.I think 18%-26% body fat is a really good place to be (please don't confuse body fat percentage with BMI).
