How many times should you #1 and #2 a day?

what is the normal?
Answer:
you need 25-35g of dietary fiber a day.
its good to have one bowel movement a day
and you should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day - and pee every few hours (4-8 times a day)
As many times as it takes.
you should evacuate your bowels at minimum every other day, most people like daily. You should drink enough fluids to have to urinate every four hours.
1 to 2 dumps a day, and 8-15 slashes
Why do you want to control that? What's normal is whenever you have to go. Everybody is different.
Number 1 should be like 3-5 times a day, and #2 should be about once or twice a day. It is good to do #2 because your stomach is smaller since it isn't stuffed with poop, and it is also cleasing your system. Things that will make you poop are apples, beans, and chick peas.
Dumping once a day is a good sign.
I have about 2-3 plops a day and go for a p*ss about 8 times I reckon. Thought I'd share that with you all!

If you're constipated try drinking a 10oz bottle of Magnesium Citrate. I did that and it cleans you out!If you are not peeing, you may want to see a Dr.~~could have a kidney or bladder problem! Or Milk of Magnesia works for the #2 problem also, but not as cleansing as the other I mentioned.
i go doo doo once every 2-3 days and pee pee twice a day.i drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat 3 portions of vegetables and lots of complex fibre rich carbs.everyone is different.
