How many times a week do bodybuilders go to the gym or is it every day?


Answer:
Professional bodybuilder's would exercise at least 3 times a day. They would also consume supplements though in between workouts to keep their body's from breaking down. When you first start out exercising for hypertrophy (increase in muscle mass) you should wait 48-72 hours in between exercises. The professional bodies' begin to adapt to the type of exercises done and the supplements help keep the body going.
every day and all day
everyday... and protein powder... lotta that stuff too. very useful, trust me. as important as the workout itself.
my b/f works out 6 days a week, drinks a ton of protein stuff, takes protein supplements, and is constantly drinking water...bodybuilders are crazy.
