How long. Well at least for an hour but if u are wiling to be a bodybuilder then u gotta put couple of hours.

In my opinion, it depends on what kind of exercise you're doing and how you feel, day to day. You can definately over-do it. I'd say probably 3-4 days a week, with a week off every couple of months, works pretty good for me.
