How many push-ups, curl-ups, jumping jacks is an average 12 yeard old is supposed to do?
Answer: It depends on what kind of shape you're in. You're supposed to be able to do about 15 push ups, 25 curl ups, and 100 jumping jacks. My estimate. I would say; 10-15 push-ups 5 curl ups 50 jumping jacks
That all sounds good baird but do 50 sittups to i got a 4 pack that way and i am not a very muscley person
