well you should work out a little, you've cut out meat and carbs, so maybe you should cut something out or just eat lesss of a certain food. Maybe take some weight loss vitamins...go to the website to calculate your BMI, it says your overweight in bodyfat percentage so loosing weight will be good for you
I think you're fine. Don't worry about your weight. If you want to feel better about yourself, try exercising a bit.
try not to eat AS much, but DONT starve yourself maybee during meals eat half of what you usualy would
start running
I think they provide tables. Just go search "body mass index" in google.
u r fine.. do not loose or gain weith.. how old are u? if u r growing teenager.. then do not llose weight at all.
go jog exercise eat lots of salads, avoid soda, any sugary diets and control on urself regarding food.good luck
This weight just fine
To make sure your losing and will keep it off the best way is to work off more calories then you take in. So continue to eat the same and walk more and it will fall off..
well, there is this healthy diet where you eat a small healthy meal every three hours, i know it sounds crazy, but if you keep your eating on a good scedual it keeps your metabolism working-burning more fat and NOT burning your muscle mass. stop eating an hour before you go to bed and do a little warm up exsersise. choose a specific workout to start with such as walking or pilatles. something simple just to keep your self from becoming veg. good luck %26 best wishes
My guess is that you are a teenager.Just so that you know, sometimes your weight needs to catch up with your height, or vice versa.I can promise you that you do NOT need to lose weight. But I will recommend like I do to all teens, to eat healthy. Cut out the junk and fast foods. Stay active doing things you like... swimming, rollerblading, bike riding, soccer... whatever. Not eating meat (unless you are vegetarian) and no carbs is bad for your growing body, you NEED those things. I know this is the age where it seems like looks are everything, well they arent. Taking good care of your body by eating healthy and being active though is everything. Be good to your body and it will be good to you. Stop being so hard on yourself... you're good just the way you are. Really.
search for the BMI on the Internet.that stands for body-mass-index. A scale to determine what your weight range should be for your height.
I'm a nurse and in nursing school we learned this trick to figure out how much someone should weigh. It's called the rule of 5s. If someone is 5 feet tall they should weigh 100 pounds. For every inch over 5 feet you add 5 pounds. So if someone was 5 feet 5 inches they should weigh 125 pounds. Plus or minus 10 pounds gives a range of 115 to 135. (For men its a little different. It's the rule of 6s. They get 106 pounds for 5 feet and 6 pounds for every inch after that.) Of course muscle weighs more than fat so if you are muscular you will weigh more.
The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. There is no easy way around it. It takes 3000 calories to lose a pound. So say you eat 1500 fewer calories over a one week period. You need to burn 1500 more calories to lose a pound. Diet and exercise are the only things that work. Don't fall for a fad diet. Hope this helps.
All depends!
Are you male or female?
How old are you?
What is your activity level?
Never diet FAST! The weight will be gained back plus additional will also be gained!

How much human waste is produced after eating 1lb of food?

Answer:
depends on the food and your metabolism
crap in a cup and weigh it
depends on what you eat.
there are so many variables to that question. What type of food is it? Are there some parts that aren't digestable, are the parts of the food highly nutritious and are absorbed more than others. What nurtients does the person need because if you don't need it, your body will throw it out, most likely. There are too many variables to correctly answer that questions.

How much fat?

is ok to have a day when you're eating between 1200-1500 calories a day, doing cardio for 30mins a day 6 days a week and trying to lose between 1-2 pounds per week?
Answer:
I think it is OK. It may be better to stretch your cardio out to 45 minutes... I have heard ot is better for your metabolism. Also, the calorie intake of between 1200 and 1500 seems very low for your level of activity.. you will react to this by slowing metabolism... to lose 1 -2 pounds of fat a week you only need to maintain a calorie deficit of between 500 and 1000 calories lower than it takes to maintain your current weight. I suspect your current deficit is more like 1500 Cals... but I dont know .. you have to work out your BMR using a calculator and then use the Harris Benedict Formula to calculate how many calories you need to maintain your current weight.

How much fat should be in a 1200 calorie diet?

Answer:
30% is the general rule of thumb; this should be from the good fats found in dairy, nuts and lean protein sources. fats aid in speedy digestion, and absorption of some nutrients as well; and contrary to many peoples belief fats are the first to be utilized by the body as a major energy source not carbohydrates. (even complex carbs) for optimum energy and health and weight loss/maintanence you should shoot for the 40-30-30 method with a low glycemic index. 40% daily cals of carbs, 30% of protein, and 30% of unsaturated healthy fats.
for the average person 25% of your calories should come from fat. so in a 1200 a day cal diet that would be 33.3 grams of fat a day. 1200cal x .25 = 300cal
fat = 9cal per gram
300cal / 9cal per gram = 33.3g of fat
About 30% to stay healthy. To effectively lose weight you must eat a healthy and balanced diet. Fad diets, pills, and other gimmicks are not effective or healthy. While these products usually produce short term results, they have more side effects than benefits.
Here is a simple breakdown. Carbohydrates should be 60% of your daily diet Carbohydrates are the body鈥檚 main source of energy. You must consume enough carbohydrates daily to remain healthy. Restricting your calories with low-carbohydrate diets decreases your energy.
Types of Carbohydrates Simple carbohydrates like (sugars, including glucose and fructose from fruit and vegetables, lactose from milk, and sucrose from cane or beet sugar) Complex carbohydrates like (carrots, broccoli, corn, potatoes, bread, cereal, pasta, rice, and beans) which contain glucose, fiber, and other nutrients.

Fat should be 30% of your daily diet Fat adds flavor to food, and is an important component of a healthy diet. Fat is necessary for energy production, transporting fat soluble vitamins, protection of internal organs, insulation, healthy skin, hair, and supplying the linoleic acid[1].
Types of fat
1. Triglycerides are the chemical form in which most fat exists in food as well as in the body. They're also present in blood plasma and, in association with cholesterol, form the plasma lipids. 2. Saturated fats come primarily from animal sources: EXAMPLES
Butter, whole milk, dairy products, and meats.

Coconut and palm oils are also high in saturated fat. Saturated fat raises cholesterol[2] levels more than any element in your diet. Less than 10% of your daily calories should come from saturated fat sources. 3. Unsaturated fats can be either monounsaturated or polyunsaturated. Monounsaturated fats. This type of fat can reduce LDL cholesterol without affecting beneficial HDL鈥檚. This is the preferred form of fat in a diet. Examples include olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, and avocado oil. Polyunsaturated Fats are divided into omega-6 vegetable oils and omega-3 fish oils. Examples include sunflower, corn, and sesame. The omega-3 oils come from fish like mackerel, halibut, salmon, albacore tuna, and whitefish.
Benefits of Omega-3 oils are decreased blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood clotting.

THE PROBLEM:Most people eat almost twice as much fat as the human body is designed to handle. 36% to 41% of total daily calories often come from fat.

Protein should be 10% of your daily diet Protein builds and repairs muscle, red blood cells, hair, and other tissues. Protein is also necessary for the synthesizing hormones. Examples from plants include: Fruits, grains, and vegetables.
Examples from legumes include: Dried beans or tofu with rice or bread.
Meat is a good source of protein, but too much may lead to high cholesterol.
Here are some less fatty cuts of meat Beef鈥︹€︹€︹€︹€?Top round, eye of round, round steak, rump roast, sirloin tip, short lion, strip steak lean, lean and extra lean ground beef. Pork鈥︹€︹€︹€︹€enderloin, sirloin roast or chop, center cut loin chops Lamb鈥︹€︹€︹€? Foreshank, leg roast, leg chop, loin chop HOW TO PLAN A DIET
STEP 1 DETERMINE YOU鈥橰E EATING PATTERNS Take a few days to record what you are eating and drinking, being specific as possible. Logging your diet will give you an idea of what and when you are eating. Tracking your diet is important in determining the changes needed. Visit www.thebrim.com/fitness and use the calorie counter to determine the breakdown of calories for most foods. Enter the name of the food into the box and press enter.

Analyze your log sheet and determine how many calories you consume daily. Calorie intake needs will differ for each individual. Many people mistakenly eat too few calories. Consuming under 1200-calories for women and 1800-calories for men is severely low. Typically it is best to eat about 500-1000-calories less a day than your total calories burned. http://www.makeoverfitness.com
I hate to take your question off topic, but 1200 calories is VERY LOW by most standards (unless you are already about 100lbs or you are on a PSMF diet, in which case I doubt you are concerned with fat intake). I wonder if you are approaching your diet incorrectly. At those levels, you are risking excessive muscle atrophy instead of fat loss. Before undertaking such drastic measures, I recommend either speaking to a nutritionist, or at least someone with a degree of expertise in the field.

How much fat in milk should a child drink?

Answer:
At age 1 when children move to cow's milk (or goat milk by pediatrician recommendations only) they should be drinking whole milk as it is 4% fat content. They need this for brain development.Due to high rates of child obesity the current recommendation is to move children to skim milk at age 2. They no longer need the milkfat and all the calcium is still in the skim. Please do not put kids on soy milk.it comes from a plant and lacks calcium that is needed for bone and muscle development. Good luck and keep kids moving!!
2% milk
As much as they want. Let your kid go play outside afterwards, and you won't have to worry about them gaining weight.
My daughter's pediatrician recommends 2% Milk. Whole milk has too much fat and anything less than 2% doesn't have all the nutrients that children need.
It depends on the childs age. If the child is between 1-2 you should give them a whole milk. They need the extra fat to support brain development. From the age of 2 and up the less fat the better. My nutritionist reccomended started at 2 % and then slowly moving down to skim. My kids now drink ultra skim and they are very healthy and don't have all the extra fat to worry about.
up to the age of seven a child can actually drink as much fresh/ full milk as he wants. at seven years of age,if the child is under weight continue fresh/ full milk. If at seven, the child is over weight, try low fat milk but continue drinking milk.
children when small should be drinking whole milk..as they get older you can switch to like 2%
yeah but what does child prefer? some people can taste a difference in whole and low fat/2%. i think a nomal healthy active kid can hanlde the extra fat and being old school, i want kids drinking all the milk they can.

Answer:
The American College of Sports Medicine offers guidelines for cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance training. The guidelines are flexible enough to allow you to pick your own exercises but have enough structure to get you going when you first start out. They are pretty easy to follow and will make your workout easier and more efficient.Beginners Guide to Exercising - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/b...
