Ok...I weigh 383 pounds im 6foot3 and I am really only tryin to get to say 250...which is 150 pounds lose...but i heard that you shouldnt lose to much weight per year...does anyone know if thats true and if so whats the healthy lose

i think losing about 3-4 pounds a week for you would be a good goal, but i bet in the beginning you will lose more than that. it tends to come off quickly at first, a lot of water loss. i think you planning a goal of 12-15 pounds in a month is a good goal.
